Terms & Conditions

1. All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
2. Deposits are a non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
3. Should the date of a booking change, we will endeavor to accommodate the booking on the new date if possible and with no obligation.
3. Balance payable in full 14 days prior to the event - We reserve the right to cancel any booking not paid in full 7 days prior to event without notice.
4. If the final number of guests is different to the number in the original quotation, we reserve the right to recalculate any price per head quotations.

Hog roast

1. We will require access to the site and supply of power 8hrs prior to service.
2. Service is one and a half hours after which time the chef will need to pack up and leave. Should this not be sufficient please ask for an extension (extra charge)

Linen

1. The supply of linen includes laundering.
2. Any linen not returned immediately should be returned free from all debris, and kept dry, as mould causes irretrievable damage.
3. All linen damaged by fire, stains and tears will be charged at the full replacement value.4. All shortages will be charged for.

Electrical Supply

1. The Client is responsible for the provision of 240v power and electrical leads for the supply of power to our equipment.
2. Should loss of power occur, we will not be held responsible for loss of cooking time and or the ability to provide a finished meal!

Lost and Damaged Goods:

1. Any goods lost or damaged will be charged at the replacement rate.
2. If for any reason you are unable to check quantities back with our staff, it is a condition of supply that in the absence of definitive proof to the contrary, our count at our premises is final as to both quantity and condition.

Staffing Policy

1. Our staff are committed to providing a responsible and professional service at all times, should any members of staff be physically or verbally abused during the course of service - we reserve the right to leave immediately and without recompense for any loss of service.
